How to Activate the Experience
Start by making sure your BMW ConnectedDrive® account is active, and your compatible vehicle is assigned to your BMW ID in the My BMW App® or My BMW® portal. Keep your phone number and email address current, choose your preferred authorized BMW Center, and provide the necessary privacy and communication consent in your vehicle. Enabling My BMW App push notifications is also recommended for convenient updates. It can be used on cars equipped with BMW Operating System® 7 beginning with version 07/2019 or later.
